Roles & Responsibilities
Volunteers play a pivotal role in orchestrating the conference’s activities. Your responsibilities may include coordinating program activities, welcoming conference delegates, assisting with registration, guiding participants during the conference, staffing various offices and activities, and undertaking other essential tasks that ensure the smooth flow of the event.
- Daily lunch during your volunteering shifts.
- A certificate of appreciation for your dedication and support
- Assistance with a cover letter for Visa applications (if applicable).
- Branded T-shirts and Caps to proudly represent your involvement.
- Have received an invitation lemail to the conference

Application Submission
We are currently accepting submissions for volunteer opportunities until 30 July 2025. If you meet the criteria and are passionate about contributing to this global event, we encourage you to apply. A team of reviewers will score all participants’ applications submitted for the volunteer program based on an open-scoring system
